2011 – Time for Innovation

OÜ Insenerlahendused is a private design and consulting company that devises and develops various technological solutions for industrial, scientific and educational systems.

Historically, most of our solutions have been designed individually for specific customers - system requirements are developed in dialogue between our clients and brilliant young engineers we have gathered in our company. Recently we have also added standardized products and service packages, meant to solve the problems we have encountered most often.

Digitalization

As the technology progresses, automation of production processes becomes one of the most often selected options for keeping company's costs under control. At first the related expenses may seem large, but as the years pass and labor prices grow, they often pay themselves back, especially when automation is done step-by-step and according to a dynamically evolved plan. Outdated production equipment can often be cost-effectively modernized and reintegrated into production process via adding various controllers and data transfer systems. Several of our projects have included design, construction and modernization of control- and data acquisition modules. Our digitalization and modernization kit for industrial or scientific applications allows equipping older analog devices with computerized feedback or control systems or integration of different modern devices from several producers. Industrial modules Industrial modules are systems that are either feedback-less or have for feedback only basic subsystems. They are meant to replace simpler manufacturing operations or -activities. As a rule, an industrial module won't replace a worker but can take over one or more of their activities. Modeling Modeling of processes and products allows you to discover shortcomings and bottlenecks in your designs and avoid wasting resources on unrealistic projects. The success that has accompanied the engineering disciplines through centuries is very much based on correct modeling procedures.

Renewable energy

GREEN ENERGY STUDY LAB

For vocational schools and other educational institutions

The renwable energy sector has grown over last few decades into a major business, moving billions of euros and creating hundreds of thousands of new jobs. However, at least here in Estonia society's general renewable energy awareness level, especially that of young people leaves still much to be desired. This is caused by the fact that most of them have little possibility to experience the renewable energy technologies.

Our green energy study lab gives students practical and theoretical overview of the renewable energy field, increasing over time society's awareness of the field and hopefully creating a new generation of workers and enterpreneurs for future green energy enterprises. Read more
